Rose Park Baseball is more than just a league—it’s a home for young athletes, families, and the spirit of the game. As a proud member of the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth League, we are committed to providing a fun, inclusive, and competitive baseball experience for players ages 4 to 15. From Tee Ball/Quickball to Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth divisions, we offer programs for all skill levels, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and love the game of baseball.
For generations, since 1955, Rose Park Baseball has been an essential part of the Salt Lake City community. We play at Riverside Park and Sherwood Park, two historic ballfields where young athletes develop their skills, build lifelong friendships, and create unforgettable memories. Our league has deep roots in the local baseball tradition, with Riverside Park even being featured in the beloved baseball movie The Sandlot.
At Rose Park Baseball, we believe in using baseball to teach life lessons—teamwork, perseverance, discipline, and sportsmanship. We emphasize player development, community engagement, and a love for the sport in a supportive and family-friendly environment. Our league is run by volunteers, powered by local businesses, and built on the passion of our players and parents.
